This ski resort includes a full indoor snow slope which measure 170 metres long and 30 metres wide, a snow fun slope for a snow packed adventure, ice skating, climbing centre, swimming pool and a fitness and spa area.

Drayton Manor Resort

Drayton Manor is a family theme park located on the outskirts of Tamworth. Drayton Manor boast 113 acres and 48 attractions and includes a zoo home to 500 animals including Red Pandas, Eurasian Lynx, Sumatran Tigers and a variety of Monkeys and Gibbons.

Tamworth Castle

Overlooking the mouth of the river anker is Tamworth castle, this impressive Norman castle is over 900 years old and offers a great day out for historians and family alike. The site served as a residence of the Mercian kings in Anglo Saxon times, but fell into disuse during the Viking invasions. Refortified by the Normans and later enlarged, the building is today one of the best preserved motte-and-bailey castles in England.

 

Twycross Zoo

Spanning more than 80 acres, Twycross zoo have around 400 animals and 80 different species including many endangered animals and native species. This award-winning zoo set in the heat of the England is fun for all the family to enjoy.

Branston Pre School

Founded in 1968 Branston Pre School offers children aged between 3 and 4 a place to develop and learn. The pre school has an Ofsted rating of Good and offers a range of activities, both free flow and adult focused, indoors and outside.

Ryknels Primary School

Located near to our development, the Rykneld Primary School offers places for kids aged 4 to 11 years old. This school was judged to be Good but Ofsted and is also a member of the John Taylor Multi Academy Trust group.

John Taylor Free School

Located directly next to our development the John Taylor free school opened up in September 2017 and has being growing year on year. The school caters for local pupils aged 11 – 18 years old and offers a range of classes, the school has recently stared its next phase of the Post-16 journey and will start delivering the first cohort of Post-16 students. John Taylor free school achieved a 'Good' rating by Ofsted.

 

The Bridge Inn

Located next to the Trent and Mersey Canal, the Bridge Inn offers fantastic Italian cuisine and classic pub favourites using locally ingredients throughout their dishes. Using 28 day matured steaks and fresh fish delivered daily the Bridge Inn has been a local favourite for many years.
