It ensures that new home buyers are treated fairly and are fully informed about your purchase throughout the journey from reserving your new home to settling in.
As a member of the National Home Builders Federation (NHBC), we support the scheme and agree to comply with the Code requirements. Its part of our promise to you.
The Code is designed to help you understand what levels of service to expect from us, feel fully informed about your purchase and know your consumer rights before and after you move in.
The Code covers every stage of the home-buying process – pre-contract, exchange of contract and during occupation.
