- This promotion is available on selected plots and developments only. A full list of eligible plots is available from Cameron Homes Sales Advisors and at cameronhomes.co.uk. Cameron Homes reserves the right to add or remove plots and developments from the eligible list at any time without notice.
- Deposit Boost. Cameron Homes will contribute a fixed amount towards a deposit, subject to all conditions being met. The contribution amount available varies on a plot-by-plot basis and is subject to change at any time without notice. The amount applicable to any specific plot will be confirmed by a Cameron Homes Sales Advisor prior to reservation.
- Independent financial advice. This promotion does not constitute financial advice. Purchasers are strongly advised to seek independent financial and mortgage advice before proceeding with a purchase. Cameron Homes accepts no liability for mortgage costs, rates, or terms secured by the purchaser.
- One per transaction. This offer applies to one plot per transaction and cannot be combined with any other Cameron Homes promotion, incentive, or offer unless explicitly confirmed in writing by Cameron Homes.
- Subject to contract. This promotion is subject to contract and will only be honoured upon reservation on an eligible plot. Cameron Homes reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time prior to reservation.
- Promotion period. This promotion is valid on reservations made by 30th June 2026 only, subject to availability of eligible plots. Reservations made outside of this period will not be eligible.

'We'll Pay Your Mortgage' campaign

- Mortgage contribution. Cameron Homes will contribute up to a maximum of £30,000 towards mortgage payments for a period of 12 months following legal completion, subject to all conditions being met. The contribution amount available varies on a plot-by-plot basis and is subject to change at any time without notice. The amount applicable to any specific plot will be confirmed by a Cameron Homes Sales Advisor prior to reservation.
- Illustrative figures only. Mortgage figures referenced in any promotional material are illustrative only and are based on a capital repayment mortgage of 60% loan-to-value (LTV). They do not take into account individual financial circumstances, credit history, income, outgoings, deposit level, or any other personal factors.
