Sales Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will develop, implement and deliver an exemplary customer service at one of our developments in the East Midlands region. You will represent our brand and be an ambassador of the Cameron Way to ensure a smooth sales process is delivered in an efficient and timely way. 

You will be knowledgeable in every aspect of the sales process and meeting defined sales targets, working in an environment where the power of teamwork and collaboration is valued.

This role will be based in our East Midlands Region. 

What will the role involve?

  • Be our brand ambassador, ensuring sales suites and showhomes promote the company’s five-star status and that customers receive a 5-star experience
  • Actively control the buying cycle and take customers through from initial enquiry to completion
  • Provide insight on lead behaviour and rankings
  • Promote and use COINS (our Enterprise Resource Planning system) to manage leads, nurture opportunities and control/report on sales function
  • Proactively adopt best practises to calling leads consistently to create opportunities to sell
  • Negotiate independently and autonomously on the sales of houses and advising customers on properties, specifications and the buying process, ensuring meeting sales targets including reservations and completions
  • Manage sales targets and KPIs, developing tactics to achieve success
  • Understand and adopt the sales strategy in a way that provides a seamless flow from strategy to implementation
  • Contribute to the Sales Managers and sales plans, and be accountable in implementing that plan
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers at a 5-star level
  • Work hand in hand with our Production team to ensure customers needs are managed and met, through regular meetings and updates

  • Understand what methods to use to identify opportunities to convert a sale
  • A track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Highly skilled at all aspects of the customer journey
  • Drive and enthusiasm to execute right sales procedures and processes, to get the best result
  • Proven track record of closing deals (15%-20% of sales opportunities)
  • Passion for our homes, products, and services
  • Frequently develop solutions to get the best possible outcome for the customer while adhering to company objectives
  • Professional and knowledgeable with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers and colleagues alike
  • Requires some input from Sales Manager and seeks help on high-level negotiations
  • Passionate, proactive, and positive approach to customer service ensuring the right language, tone and environment is set/embedded to reflect our 5-star status
  • Ability to anticipate and overcome late-stage obstacles
